Founded in 2015, Linkscape360 is led by the award-winning master planner and renowned business strategist, Elaine Armster.  A results driven Authority on process management, Ms. Armster's track record of success in mitigating unforeseen threats to project implementation has earned her the title of "Queen of Program Delivery." For her work in the natural gas industry, Elaine Armster was recognized with the highest award of merit, the Commercial Marketing Achievement Award for outstanding, measurable performance that drove shareholder value at the Atlanta Gas Light Company. 

In this new chapter, Elaine is continuing to guide L360 stakeholder partners to their north star by posing the pivotal question...

More about the Managing Partner:  Elaine Armster earned her Master's degree in City Planning from Georgia Tech. Prior to launching Linkscape360, Elaine Armster served 20+ years as the senior project manager for iconic commercial and municipal developments while working in  Commercial Marketing roles at  Atlanta Gas Light Company and in the role of Special Projects Chief at Georgia DOT.  A sought after strategist in process management, Elaine Armster has been tapped to deliver keynote speeches at state and national conferences on a wide range of innovation topics.

Setting the CSR cadence at L360:  Corporate Citizenship is a value pillar for Linkscape360.  All of the Linkscape360 team members volunteer personal time & resources within the communities that are served by L360.   Elaine Armster leads by example.  Local Government leaders have asked Ms. Armster to provide expertise on a slate of community planning projects.   Georgia cities include the City of Marietta:::Mayor Bill Dunaway appointed Elaine Armster to  the 13 member Marietta Redevelopment Taskforce and the Mayor subsequently appointed  her to serve on the Marietta Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.  Elaine formerly served as the Chairwoman of the March of Dimes (NW Georgia Division) and was a volunteer consultant for the Adopt - A- Student program for Atlanta Public Schools and has served as the "Principal for the Day" and a business supporter for many initiatives  of the  Marietta City School System and Cobb County School System.  A Woman of Achievement Honoree of the NW  Georgia YWCA, Elaine Armster served over 15 years on the Board of Governors for the Academy (now known as LiveSafe Resources) and served on the executive committee of the Board of Trustees for the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre.

Elaine Armster is a graduate of the 2018 Leadership Cobb class.  For her expansive work as a champion for  women and minority-owned small businesses, Elaine was honored as the co-recipient, alongside Judge Neera Bahl,  of the first Cobb Chamber of Commerce Diversity & Inclusion Achievement Award in December 2018Since March 2019, Linkscape360 has proudly served as  the signature sponsor of the Women's History Month Business Luncheon that celebrates "Women who Lead & Inspire."

Also in 2019, Elaine Armster was tapped by the Georgians First Commission to serve on the statewide Small Business Taskforce.  The Taskforce provided the recommendations report to the Governor's Office that served as a fundamental resource tool for House Bill 128 that was signed into law in 2023.

Elaine Armster currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and the Florida A & M University Foundation.  Ms. Armster is a member of the Second Century Circle of the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and the Roll Call Leadership Circle of the Georgia Tech Alumni AssociationElaine Armster is a life member of both the FAMU National Alumni Association  and the NAACP.  Ms. Armster is a proud member of the Divine 9  (Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated) and has been featured on various media platforms across the country in support of women-owned / women-led businesses.

In her leisure, Elaine enjoys playing tennis, attending college sporting events, and walking on the Atlanta Beltline trail.
